Malissa Petterson
(Playwright, Director)
Malissa Petterson is a playwright, director, stage manager, sometimes-actor, as well as a board member at Broom Street Theater and prior fixture in the Frederick and Baltimore theatre communities. Malissa can also be found tooling around at Encore Studio for the Performing Arts, where she is an artistic associate. She holds a BA in communication arts with a focus in digital media and a minor in theatre, as well as an MFA in creative writing. She would like to thank her husband Viktor for his love, support, and all the cheeseburgers.
Viktor Petterson
(Producer, Set Design, Midwest Properties Design, Sound Design, Master Carpenter)
Viktor has participated in over a dozen shows in the last three years, both on stage and behind the scenes, but he is especially ecstatic to be taking a second run at ASSOFF! He would like to convey his endless thanks to the rest of the cast and crew. And to his wife, Malissa: I’ve got you baby.
John Siewert
(Stage Manager)
John Siewert is a software tester by day. When he’s not testing software, he stage manages, directs, occasionally acts, and sometimes does other roles behind the scenes. One might say that he’s a John of all trades, but a master of none.
Jennie Huntoon
(Composer)
Jennie Huntoon is a versatile composer, choral musician, and music instructor based in Frederick, MD. She holds a B.A. in composition and music history from Hood College and is currently finishing her M.A. in composition from Eastern Illinois University. Jennie has composed music and lyrics for several original theatre productions, and has led musical groups of all ages and varieties. Most of her free time is spent in servitude to her three parrots.
Lindsey Hoel-Neds
(Costume Design)
Lindsey Hoel-Neds is a theatre, creative writing, and other things educator teaching primarily in the Milwaukee area. She lives in Deerfield with her husband and her two insanely cute and endlessly mischievous cats. Lindsey has done a lot of roles and a lot of jobs for a lot of shows. This show’s brilliant director dubbed her the Professional Fabric Wizard and Keeper of the Threads (at Hogwarts), so Lindsey thinks she’ll keep that title.
Katie Rattigan
(East Coast Properties Design)
Katie Rattigan is a company member with the Maryland Ensemble Theatre in Frederick Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hood College in Art and Archeology, specifically Studio Art, more specifically the Ceramic arts, which she wields mightily, making props for all manner of theatre. She is also a children’s yoga instructor, a ceramics instructor at a retirement community, and a sunbeam.
